DCBC scuba plar 30M (includes 4 dives)-

SPRING 2024 DATES AVAILABLE. 

The Diver Certification Board of Canada PLAR SCUBA 30 meter course is the path to take your previous training and have it recognized by employers in Canada and Worldwide for any work completed underwater using SCUBA equipment. Examples include: Underwater Inspections, Fish farm/Aquaculture, Underwater Film/Video, Public Safety Diving

You will receive upon successful completion:

1. DCBC SCUBA 30M Certificate.

2. Dive Accident Management/Oxygen Therapy Certificate

Prerequisites:
1. Basic Open water DIVER

2. CSA/Worksafe BC Divers Medical - Check the DCBC website for list of approved doctors!

3. Minimum 18 years old & English Proficiency (Grade 10 or equivalent recommended)

4. Personal Dive Equipment (Regulators (proof of service) /Drysuit/Mask/Fins/BCD/Weight Belt & Steel-Toe work boots)

5. First Aid/CPR Certificate

6. LOG BOOKS of previous training and experience from a jurisdiction in Canada that allowed diving without a DCBC current Scuba 30m certification. 25 logged dives, 5 of which must be at 30m.
